About us:

In order to regulate the services of gas stations at the regional roads, the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs has set standards for the rehabilitation of facilities for managing, operating, and maintaining the gas stations and service centers at the regional roads. The rehabilitation process aims to ensure the ability and efficiency of the facilities to manage, operate, and maintain gas stations and service centers on the regional roads based on the basics and standards of the certified rehabilitation.

The Ministry issued regulatory frameworks accordingly as follows: (Standards for facilities rehabilitation for managing, operating, and maintaining the gas stations and service centers at the regional roads) and (regulations for gas stations and service centers); then the ministry rehabilitated a number of gas stations after achieving these standards.

The company consists of several sectors:

  1. Operating sector
  2. Retail sector
  3. Maintenance sector
  4. Construction sector
  5. Operation sector for individual stations

The company has started to operate under (Energex) brand to include many specialized brands owned by the company or operated from other sectors to complete the system of integrated road services for travelers. The company worked to make road trips more fun and provide road travelers the services which they deserve similar to the services that are provided in other countries and at a level that deserves the status of the Kingdom’s civilization.
